Pediatric dental benefits are administered by LIBERTY Dental Plan, which provides dental services through The Guardian’s network “DentalGuard Preferred Select." To access dental services, members may call any dentist participating in the DentalGuard Preferred Select Network. Members are advised to identify themselves as a “DentalGuard Preferred Select” member and to confirm whether the provider is participating in the DentalGuard Preferred Select Network at the time they make an appointment.
