Welcome County of Kern Retirees - CA40-R PLUS Members

To obtain dental services, simply contact any LIBERTY Dental Plan contracted CA40-R Plus provider to schedule an appointment. The dental office will then call us to verify your eligibility in the plan. You will only have coverage for services received from a provider who is a contracted LIBERTY Dental Plan CA40-R Plus provider.
